Public call for candidates

Any member of the public is allowed to submit candidate names for any award category by visiting iagacad.com and completing the nomination webform. There is no prohibition against self-nomination. Nominations close strictly at midnight Manila time at the end of Wed 5 August 2026, and late nominations will not be accepted.
Public candidates evaluation

A select committee of the Judging Panel (itself appointed by the Chairman of the Judging Panel) will select the official nominees for each award category from amongst the public candidates received during the public call for candidates period.

Official voting period

The full panel of judges will vote on all categories. The voting system is first-past-the-post, and the Chairman of the Judging Panel has the casting vote in the event of a tie. Any judges who were nominated, whose organizations were nominated or have a conflict of interest as determined by the Chairman of the Judging Panel will be recused from the relevant category or categories.
Vote tallying and auditing

The votes will be tallied by the Chairman of the Judging Panel in a secure location. The Chairman then certifies the winners, with the entire process independently audited. The results will be locked in a safe until just before the commencement of the Awards ceremony.
